Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Agent with us, you’ll be pivotal in guiding clients smoothly through the mortgage process. Your role includes:
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients, real estate pros, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyzing clients’ financial situations and suggesting tailored mortgage solutions.
• Collaborating with lenders to score competitive rates and favourable terms.
• Guiding clients through applications and ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide top-notch advice.
Qualifications:
• Ontario’s valid Mortgage Agent License.
• A proven track record in mortgage sales or a related domain.
• A deep grasp of mortgage products, industry guidelines, and lending procedures.
• Stellar communication skills and the knack for building strong client relationships.
• A high bar for integrity and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks while working both independently and as part of a team.
